One of my previous relationships was with a guy who was 11 years older than me (that is completely Saturn trait), but it ended due to the fact that I was unable to relax and let things go their way, constantly trying to control the situations(conjunction with Pluto), seriously lookin’ on everything and constantly balancing and analyzing things between us.Other one was with a bit younger guy, with whom I was maaaaadly in love, BUT (here comes Saturn) he lives in another country and have a girlfriend there – that is a classical example of some sort of inhibition in love affair. We staid in touch and I still do think that we’r unfinished story, so the present circumstances “obliged” me to be patient (Saturn again) in connection with him and patience is the best response to obstacles that stands between us. Interesting thing is that that guy use to tell me often that I have to relax, let the loose, enjoy the show and stop thinking and analyzing every single detail. In each of these two relationship, I had a problem with expressing my love and affection and even when I tried to do so, it was usually two folded meaning, diplomatically said, but honest. In each of these two I’ve been faithful and steady (that is one of the finer Saturn qualities, since he is strong in his sign of exaltation - Libra), determinate to make something good and worth to remember..One more characteristic of this Saturn placement (which I feel as well) is inability to let go of the past (the example above), as well as constant bringing back of one’s past lovers into present life. People with this placement can have a deep fear of being rejected or unloved or unappreciated…so they often find themselves cutting of the world in their own little shelter…
